Many people in our world today have this misconception that our Heavenly Father’s Love toward all mankind is unconditional. You more than likely have heard it said “God (Yahweh) loves the sinner” or that “His love is unconditional toward the sinner.” These are very heart warming slogans, there are many more like these, and certainly can make a person feel good in giving one a sense of total security. However, you will find that the Bible says just the opposite.
It is also true, that many have taken the verse of scripture in Romans 5:8 and have twisted it around to say “while we were yet sinners Yahweh (God) loved us.” Let us read that verse correctly and see what it says, “But Yahweh commendeth (sent) his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Yahshua (Christ) died for us.” Nowhere! In this verse does it imply that the Father loves all men unconditionlly; But, merely states that the Father commendeth or sent His love toward us in the person Yahshua, who died for us, in order that we could become saved and become partakers of that love.
There is not a single verse in the Bible which explicitly states that Yahweh loves man as a sinner. However, you will find that it does state that “He loved the world.”
We read in Genesis 6:5-7 these words “And Yahweh saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented Yahweh that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7 And Yahweh said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.” Does this sound like Yahweh loved the sinner? In fact, what you will find, is that Yahweh drowned them like filthy rats, because they would not listen to His commands. Therefore, just as it was in the days of Noah, the heart of man has not changed much and choses to continue in his wicked ways, if not more so.
Psalms 5:4-5 says “For thou art not a Father that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee. 5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.”
We are reminded in Habakkuk 1:13 “Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity.”
When a person continuously harbors the working of sin in one’s life, which is the “transgression of the law” 1 John 3:4, that person is shut out from the Father’s Love while doing so. Conditions are placed before us and we must abide in them.
Psalms 101:7 says “He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.” We find in Romans 1:30 a few more explicated examples that causes one not to be loved by the Father, “Backbiters, haters of Yahweh, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents.” These are only just a few of the reasons, search out the Bible for more yourself.
To prove further, by Yahweh’s Word, that He dose not love the sinner, let us look at Psalms 34:16: “The face of Yahweh is against THEM that do evil.” Please notice closely what this verse is saying, the face of Yahweh is not against - the evil one dose, it is against - the one that dose evil. So much for the belief that “Yahweh loves the sinner.” The True Facts are, that Yahweh hates both the wicked and their sins; And, as long as one is hated, it is impossible for one to be loved. Wouldn't you agree?
Our Heavenly Father will certainly extend His love to individual men and women, but THERE ARE CONDITION! When Yahshua (Jesus) came into this world to suffer and die for us, He gave us conditions as to how we would be LOVED - by both Him and His Father.
“He that hath my commandments, and Keep Them, he it is that loveth me: And he that loveth me Shall Be Loved of My Father.”(John 14:21)
“IF a man love me, he will Keep My Words: And my Father Will Love Him.” (John 14:23)
“IF ye Keep My Commandments, ye Shall Abide in My Love.” (John 15:10)
These verses unequivocally say that Yahweh will love someone IF they KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS. The lie that we are being told “Yahweh loves the sinner” is as false as a three dollar bill. Christians for too long now, have listen to these ear tickling messages from the pulpit and believe in them. Paul gave us a warning in 2 Timothy 4:3, “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears.” We need to start learning the Truth of what the Scriptures really have to say to us, if we want to obtain the Father’s Love and Eternal Life.
The Book of Proverbs shines light, with infinite wisdom, on this subject of the ear. In the following verses we read:
Proverbs 2:2 “So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding.”
Proverbs 4:20 “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.”
Proverbs 18:15 “The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.”
Proverbs 28:9 “He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.”
If Yahweh loved the sinner, “Why wouldn’t He hear the prayer of a sinner? This last verse, Proverbs 28:9 says it all, “they turned away their ear from hearing the law and even their prayers were an abomination.” And, this is also true for the Christian who turns away his ear and refuses to keep the laws which the Father has commanded one to do.
Therefore, if a person wants to be loved by the Father, he or she must follow in His Commandments. No! We, will all fall short in keeping them for in Romans 3:23 it tells us “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of Yahweh.” However, we must remember, Yahweh sent His Son into this world “By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of Yahweh” Romans 5:2.
Don’t allow the LIES of men let you LOSE OUT on the the Father’s Love and Eternal Life with Him!
